 WOMEN’S STORYTELLING WEEKEND RETREAT

June 2nd/3rd/4th 2023

Pamela Gaunt professional storyteller, is hosting a WOMEN’S STORYTELLING WEEKEND RETREAT at the Dyfed Permaculture Farm Trust. 

Fri 2nd June 

Arrive and settle in on Fri afternoon, look round the farm, then soup, stories and songs round the flickering campfire.

Sat 3rd June 

Day trip out, sharing transport and petrol costs:

  • Pentre Ifan Dolmen (known as Ceridwen’s womb/ tomb) 
  • Bleeding Yew Trees at Nevern
  • Castell Henllys Celtic Iron Age Fort
  • Ceridwen’s Cauldron on Pembrokeshire coast
  • Cardigan Bay, calling across the estuary from the ancient echoing blessing stone. 

 Evening – Another campfire of our shared stories and reflections on Ceridwen. This could be a public performance if participants wish

Sun 4th June  

Personal quiet journey round Eve’s Garden, including Inanna’s journey to the Underworld . See www.evesgardenonline.com 

Leave early  afternoon 


Cost £75 – covers camping and use of lovely roundhouse and barn.

Two concessionary places of £45 each

Local women who prefer to go home to sleep £30

Basic vegan meals of hot soup etc will be provided on Fri and Sat eve. Bring your own breakfast, maybe have lunch out. Bring your own tent, or else we can find you one to borrow.

This is a fundraising event towards the Gwobr Esyllt Prize.
